Spread joy: Become a friendship visitor in Laidley

By sharing one hour per fortnight with a new friend you can make a difference.

We are seeking a STAR Friend in the Toowoomba region. Brighten a senior lady’s life with just one hour of your time every fortnight. If you enjoy talking about tennis, horses, antiques or reading, this is your chance to connect and share joy. Make a new friend, create wonderful memories and give back to your local community.

All it takes is a one hour commitment per fortnight to truly make a difference.

Successful volunteers will need to obtain a National Police Check, which STAR will assist you to get. You will also need to have a current Flu vaccination.

STAR will help volunteers to obtain the above checks.
